apparently this has had a increase to 75 floors. no word on how tall yet.

Yeah I read that too. And Aura is most likely to get a 3 floor increase as well

Nothing official but just over 250m last I heard. I don't think we'll see grade until about a years time, but at that point this should be quick as it will be a steel construction (I'm assuming there will fireproofing and concret within it though, working in teams). The curtain wall too should mean we'll see the cladding go up quickly.

I suppose Apple wants to be a lead retail tenant in any development that happens on that corner.
