This corner has sat empty so long people are almost used to the scar. Downtown needs One Bloor.

No. There are just digging very deep for the underground parking levels. I believe it's to have six underground floors altogether. It'll take awhile before we see this hit street level.

This has been increased to 75 floors, and an unknown height. probably around 250m.
