This has been a long time coming. It's felt like the heart of the city being ripped out the last few years. This can't rise fast enough.

This map should help you out when checking out how many developments are currently on going in Toronto. I'd say it's safe to say there are over 100 developments under construction at the moment. http://www.urbantoronto.ca/map_beta/

If you click PRE CONSTRUCTION, the numbers are pretty staggering. There are literally hundreds of developments/proposals going on in the city at the moment.

caltrane74 has put together a small list as well at - http://torontoskyscraper.blogspot.ca...g-toronto.html

September 25th by someMidTowner.

Slowly hitting the 3rd level of the podium on the South side.

I see curves...

Forming up for the 2nd level on the North side.

This one is taking it's time!

I always equated this with Aura and as we all know, the latter is almost topped up!

Didn't they start digging the AURA pit about a year before this one?

You know I'm not quite sure - maybe they did start digging but the hype around this project definitely preceded Aura. As did the ground preparation (...I miss that Harvery's!).

Interesting, I miss Harvey's as well. It would certainly put some people's noses out of joint if they turned the podium into the Harvey's flagship outlet.
