WOW! never seen such a great looking tower. Such an elegant design and another masterpiece made by SOM.

By the way, is those supposed to be in "Construction" section now?

They have been since May. They've completed podium piling and are now focusing on the site of the main tower. Excavation should happen sometime this year.

That is one futuristic beautiful design! As someone mentioned, I feel Coruscant!

I'm a bit confused tho, the first page shows the old TEDA Towers as the previous design. I thought they had been replaced with this:

You mean in China? Because if Related Hudson Yards really is under construction then NYC has three as well.

KillerZavatar, I believe I saw that you are a diagram drawer for SkyscraperPage. As you should know, the drawing for this tower is incorrect. I was wondering if you could update it with the correct design. Thanks, would be greatly appreciated.

i do know that the drawing is incorrect, but i have to disappoint you, because i am not good at drawing at all. i am an editor on SSP though, so i can change data in the database. the census of the admins (and i share the opinion) however is that a wrong design, but correct height is better as a drawing than no drawing at all. so until someone of the illustrators provides the new design as a drawing, there is nothing i can do.
