Welcome in this forum
Here's a very short list (data according to CTBUH) including complete and U/C buildings in China:
1.729m - Suzhou Zhongnan Center U/C: http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showth...423176&page=21
2. 636m - Wuhan Greenland Center U/C: www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=1261427
3. 632m - Shanghai Tower complete: www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=391698
4. 599m - Ping An Finance Center Topped out: www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=517647
5. 596,5m - Goldin Finance 117 U/C: www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=558031
6. 568m - Baoneng Financial Centre - Pearl of the North U/C: http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showth...1583002&page=3
7. 530m - CTF Finance Centre Topped out: www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=774022
8. 530m Tianjin CTF

So it will be (amazing with 530m) only number 8. Not to mention other projects in China with a similar (or even higher) height

Barely. Piling may have begun, but I don't believe any serious progress was made.

8 towers over 530m. Over 500m there are even more: Taipei 101 (if you include Taiwan), Greenland Center in Dalian (the lighthouse) and zhongguo zun.

Well those are the typical mid-2000s commieblock. Nothing too unusual.

Chinese New Year holidays at the moment

I guess this tower and many others in Asia might be on hold for a week during the holiday season

Indeed, it is great to see this rising. I was afraid this would suffer a similar fate as the R&F Tower.
