Holy crap! Is that the new render? Did they change the design? The new one looks fabulous. Very slim and modern. Although I must admit that I think that the little bump 3/4 of the way up is a bit odd. But overall, I hope that this new render is the final render.

On another note, the progress has also sped up quite a bit.

I find it difficult to understand how people get so excited about boxes, even if they are nice and glassy. What's the appeal? Oh well, everyone to his own

Well, to me, the previous render seemed a little bit blocky with both towers so close to each other. Also, the new one is thinner, so it looks taller. As far as design, it is nothing impressive, but it is a great improvement over its predacessor to me.

this project has an impressive basement, is that for parking? four basement storeys that cover the entire site... thats huge.
