Sergei Skuratov is a headliner for this project, see http://www.skuratov-arch.ru if you r interested. Sometimes local professionals can grasp the atmosphere of the place better than foreign arch-stars, this should be the case.
To anm: необязательно хамить людям, высказывающим свою точку зрения. Ничего оскорбительного для проекта в его сравнении с баяном не вижу, по-моему даже очень хороший каламбур - грандиозный памятник баяну в олбанской столице
