What is happening over here?! hehe... Is there a law not to write anything before you've posted the info and pics?! If that's the case please erase my post ROFL!
Might add some information that there are 6 newly built highrise buildings on the same block in Lund which is a part of "stor-malmö". Four buildings are from margretedal (view pic) and the two other are a part of Karlhög which will have a square too. Here is a pic of Margretedal which is finised.  Here is the pic of Karlhög which is almost finished... but this is a render.  And also there are many other buildings being built in this area! All of this is just outside the city centre. Mickey |

By accident I happened to visit Annehem's website and apparently it's official now- Malmö Tower will become approximately 216 m high! 216 meters! That calls for celebration.  First skyscraper over 200 meters in S&B! Tallest residential in western Europe! Who'll update Emporis and SSP? It's approved!

 I really like the look of that new area, looks urban and cozy with those inneryards and irregular houses. A few more highrises at the Malmö Tower and Hyllie Arena wouldn't hurt though
