it actually looks like 170m one the rendering comparing this to other towers. it's definately taller than the silver tower, which is 166m tall. the smaller tower seems to be around 60m. I like the shape. and I love how they open up the area.

god, there's so much happening in frankfurt at the moment. new towers almost every day ...

Nice and clean design. Fits to the financial district, but fits less to the altstadt and riverfront I think.

I agree, although the white colour of the project would fit in with the new policy of the city of frankfurt -w hich only allows white buildings on the riverfront (it's a new policy, all old buildings get a white paint job, all new buildings must be white.) it will be a big contrast to the neighboring old town, that's for sure.

I wonder if they get the permission to increase the height to 200m ...

Its an amazing and surprising developement with a beautiful design.
Interesting, only 2 days after the HighrisePlan was published the first investor came also public with his developement, already having an anchor tenant.
So if we are lucky we might have many Towers under construction in Frankfurt in 2008.
I just love it!

Operatower, 2 Frankfurthochvier Towers, ECB Tower, Degussa Tower, KFW Tower...who knows, perhaps even more.

Its time that Frankfurt enters a new boom Phase!

here i have a quickly made simulation:

Great news, Frankfurt finally seems to awake. With some delay the boom also reaches this city!

It seems to be a bit more than 175 Meters (it's a bit higher than the mid between Maintower and Eurotower). Absolutly perfect for this location. The best news is, that there is already a main tenant, actually occupying this area, which makes this project quite save.

Edit: Guys, we are back on the air!

Nice redevelopment, I like the project... but I think it's gonna spoil some views of the Commerzbank.

A matter of moving a few meters to the left or the right. At the end there is an addition to any foto from most of the hotspots.

newfvgffm: let's not forget the kaiserkarree and fraspa - both very likely to start soon. and marieninsel looks very good too - another 200m+ tower.

what I don't like about winx (wierd name) is the height, which is almost the same as the neighbouring eurotower - I'd rather have a taller or smaller tower ...

40 floors (32 office floors and 8 residential floors)

the smaller tower has 16 floors (offices) and it looks like there is a thirs small tower, where the old degussa-hochhaus is.

the orange top reminds me of Eureka Tower's gold top

well, it's a nice tower but i hope it doesn't turn out too fat like the last pic

It's not going to have an orange top
That's a picture that shows the use of different parts of the complex. So orange is probably residential, red - retail and that blue-gray - offices.

Yeah but not this one. The building will cover the eurotower on the left side.
