Great improvement to La Defense, well done Paris! Emporis reports the redeveloped tower at a height of 225m although the thread tiltle states 240m. Does anyone know which one is correct?

This week's pics from http://www.defense-92.com. The concrete buildings in the foreground of the second picture are due to be demolished and replaced by the Hermitage twins (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=634777).

you mean a building, that doesn't exist yet? right ...

the best thing about this building is the shape. IMO the cladding is aweful.

Emporis uses roof height (it does say it I believe). 240m is spire height.

Thank you for this. Emporis states Height (architectural)225.11 m but makes no mention of a spire, I didn't realise this building had a spire - but that explains it.
