The exterior designs of the new plan look great, but that one interior picture of what I presume to be the retail space looks down-right kitsch.

I REALLY liked Libeskind's design. It would have been an amazing addition to the Han skyline. Why do they keep postponing the construction? I'm assuming it's all bureaucratic red tape and height restrictions and whatnot, but it's depressing to think that these designs will come to life in perhaps a decade or so from now, considering Korea's track record when it comes to building supertalls.

the reason of the Development's delay is Financial Problem. this is Internal Problem(Developer-Dream Hub PFV),not Korean Typical Bureaucratic Problem..

Of Course,Korean Bad Bereaucratic Practice delayed Developing Period,Yongsan IBD's Postpone is not Authority's Problem.
Money is Important!!
Yongsan IBD's Developer don't have a lot of money.

I'm just waiting for any news on the Yongsan development at all. Originally, construction was supposed to start this year, but the lack of any real information since Samsung dropped out of the project is disheartening to say the least. At this point, I don't care which plan/design is used; Seoul needs a skyline that people will see and recognize as Seoul's, and this project will help tremendously if it's completed.
