The height restriction is being relaxed in some areas of Seoul, and redevelopment projects and large scale developments like the Digital Media City have a less restrictive height cap than other areas.

I like the overall look of the towers a lot. But I agree, these hardly even look like 400m towers, let alone over 600m. And the sky bridge, although it is a great idea and would provide a huge benefit for the towers, looks terribly out of place. Good luck getting this one built. A few modifications and it could be a great project.

first off isnt the Chicago spire 615 meters as well?....or maybe 610....second those rendings suck....to much likeness well to several buildings....and i belive that Chicago will build the spire before this is built...whatever it may look like

The two tallest buildings in that render are just great, just start with that project.

Just meassured them with my ruler and they are 445m high... :P

Someone mentioned there is probably a redesign at hand so most probably these are the initial proposal...
