agree asymptote is my best design. Unfortunately They only participated only one block design in IBD project.

Today IBD news

- Regulation changed for penthouse.
- From now on over 330m2 penthouse allowed to seoul super tall building.
- So 200 unit penthouse will be constructed in R5 block(Petonium twin tower) of IBD
(whole floor one house)

That looks... disturbing...

Which means it may turn out either awesome or trashy. Lets hope some higher quality pics will pop up soon.

I have mixed views about this design. I like the bottom but I don't like the top. In my opinion this building looks a lot like Taipei 101

i'm not sure, i would have liked the megatalls all being closer to each other, but then again seoul is a city without really one central district, but a wider area with several districts that have potential. This one is rather outside though it looks like. But well we will see

i'm sure seoul will have one of the best skylines on earth in a matter of years.
