It is officially accepted by the city government, hopefully there won't be any complications that will kill the project.

Those renders look a lot more like 600 meters than the previous ones posted.

The city and rail company reached an agreement yesterday. I actually believe this will happen. Yongsan is going through a massive redevelopment. There must be 40 skyscrapers either recently built or currently under construction in just a few square kilometers around Yongsan Station.

When all is sadi and done, Yongsan will join Jongno, Yeoido, and Gangnam as one of Seoul's premier "downtowns".

All of those buildings in the renderings look great. That's a great plan. And unlike in some new bulidings, the design looks fantastic.

Normal, that bridges between towers look always the same, isn't it?
They need to be horizontal and must have struts on the bottom...
Can't build them vertically

Agree, the new render looks like the intended height.

Whatever happened to Seoul International Finance Center though?
That was a supertall proposal, really delicious. Are the twins replacing it?

I don't know the status of the International Business Center, but I think the groundbreaking could start anytime this year.

The twin towers are in Yongsan, while the IBC is in Sangam.

I'm not too impressed with the design.
Very tall, but uninspired.
