Chicago Spire is not under construction, and it is all Condominiums not apartments. Will be the worlds tallest residential building.
Looks like you had a little trouble getting all the curves right too. Nice update though.

The developer said as soon as May. It depends on how long it takes for the city council to approve it. Once it's approved, construction will begin. Theres about a 0% chance it won't get approved.

Hello there, I am relatively new to this site, and have been looking through many of the Dubai forums, mouth usually agape.

I have seen some screenshots of 3D model cityscapes of how Dubai will look when most of these supertalls have been completed. Is there anywhere I can see this 3D model, or anywhere it can be downloaded?

That and for every high building with a spire, there is a building just as high without one.
