Well, nice to hear that your country has changed. anyway, that is what I read on the news. Though I know, Colombia is a great country. But you know, the notion of the people that all these drgus came from this city could not be eradicated in a short peiord of time. There are still pics that coca plants are still grown in the mountains of this city?

15 or 20 years is a short period????...i dont think so....
Besides, coca plants doesnt grow near the cities they grow in rural zones.
And yes, i cant tell you that colombias drug problem is over, cause its not.
But what i can tell you is that the problem has decrease so much and medellin is way much safer than other important cities.

In fact, thats the problem, Colombia nowadays is not what news say, Colombia is what it is, a completely deifferent country.
And I think that 20 years are enough to errase an image like that, an example is Russia, only 14 years ago they were the BIG BAD GUYS and today they are one more country.

By the way the problem is not what country produce cocaine, but what countries are the most consumers,that's the big issue rigth now! so i think is time to look the other side of the coin!

Good point, if there are consumers, like Europe and USA, they business is gonna continue being productive, its not the excuse of producing but a reason, erradicating the narcotraffic isnt just a problme of Colombia but all the world.

It was my pleasure to hear that from colombians like you that your country has changed. I know that south american cities are really spectacular so to speak. Much more in Colombia that cities like Medillin and others are growing so fast in terms of high rise buildings ang its economy.

Hey! Hahahahaha! Russia was never a bad guy! That was the notion of the west. But for us, it wasn't. It happened that our philosophy in life was really different then. Though I did not experience the purging of our ancestors but we had a great time with Russia.
