I think it is called the Chopin Tower. From what a Polish user told me, they will not build it right away even though it is part of the complex.

'Czajka' Wastewater Treatment Works - almost ready

Designed around a population of around 2.1m.

With a cleaning capacity of almost 450,000 cubic metres per day, Czajka is the largest sewae treatment facility in Poland. On an area of 600,000 m2, 120 complex individual structures with varying forms and heights of the tanks had and will be realised in a very short construction period of only two years.

The population of Warsaw is growing fast, and the Czajka WWTP allows for protection of water quality and meets EU standards.

The project cost is €500m, with funding from the EU cohesion fund and the local municipality.

The start date is currently a "secret". We only know that the masterplan is almost ready. Here you have some actual informations about it:

Theres a lot of beautiful projects in Służewiec. Although many of them look a bit
replaceable. But thats a problem im most european cities. (At least european cities manage to hold to one european style more or less..)

Too sad the Warsaw skyline lacks a bit of this top quality so far.
But the city is evolving so fast, I guess thats gonna change rather soon.

I think the Warsaw skyline has a few top quality skyscrapers that set it apart. I think the 90's era were not that great but since the 2000's there's been a few good structures built.
