Now I see. You can't stand the defeat of your miserable hockey team by Russia 8-1 at World champ. But don't worry, we gonna kick your asses in football as well. I hope that will happen on EURO 08. And of course that will happen at any sport occasion... Ya man.. that's life, since u'r ukranian get use to be fucked up

First get some education kid and then you’ll see who invented first rocket and first sputnik. Second Ukraine never played hockey so for us its a new sport, but you don’t know this because since you live in the frozen cave in Asian and drink vodka and talk about how great russia is although its the biggest piece of shit in the world with one of the worst economic and no human rights, but that’s how Barbarians live. Name me one sport that you are better then Ukraine. You people suck at boxing, soccer, and many more, so you should get use to of being a fuck-up, but wait you already are.

Nice stadium. It looks a lot bigger than 60 odd thousand though.

I was at the old stadium this summer and I loved the location and it is sad it will be demolished, great to see another stadium comparable to Shakhtar and Lokomotiv in the region.

Could someone show on a map where the exact location of this new stadium is?

I guess they do plan them, maybe it's just the lack of proper exposition in the renderings. (I know VIP boxes aren't bussiness ones, but people tend to mix up the names)

A quick question to the St. Petersburgers.

Do they still have thoroughbred horse racing in St. Petersburg? Apparently before 1917, St. Pete's had one of the most beautiful hippodromes in the world in one of the most gorgeous locations imaginable amongst great villas and palaces. I was wondering if the track was still there and if it was still in use today? Apparently it is where the biggest money in horse racing and thus world sports up to World War 1 as horse racing was the biggest pro sport by a large margin at the time. The purses were far greater than the USA, Britain or France had at the time. Of course due to the revolution it all finished.

The location was north across the Neva and beyond Petrowski Park, across the Malaya and Srednyaya rivers.

I know the Moscow one is still there, but was rebuilt after a fire in the 1950s.

Nice stadium

The cost isn't THAT cheap, its similar to the cost of stadiums in Ukraine. For instance Donetsks costs a little below $300 million, so it's normal.

I don't now much about horse races Bob but this stadium will be good venue for opening ceremony for 2020 Saint Petersburg Summer Olympics.

This is the best design for a stadium project.
The first time i saw it i thought it was more than 60000 the stadium is too good

This how i like architects dare to make audacious things.

For me each stadium must have its identity. Zenit st peter has its one !!
