That's a great banner. I like it myself. I can help submit but there are rules that no text (inlcuding Chinese text) is allowed in banners, so i don't know if this one can be accepted by Jan or not.

提交了但他说 there's nothing urban in it. 现在的Banner必须和论坛主题有关。
建议我们发个和高楼，天际线，城市有关的Banner，再加上一个小的Chinese New Year, 这样他就会接受。 |

那张上海图很美但是蓝天蓝水配不上春节的颜色，我是过把烟花鞭炮春联photoshop上去但可是很难看。
最好要晚上的图片。 |

I think it's better to just submit the Shanghai banner as it is without photoshop. The clean crisp blue sky makes any photoshopping look fake. And it won't rate well amongst forumers.
Just to show what I mean: with 鞭炮  no 鞭炮  I can also remove the 恭贺新春 if we need to

看到的是这个。其实本人不大喜欢这photoshop效果，知道所有SSC网友都会看到，有点丢脸...
