i guess what jarenz meant are those minute developments like fencing, excavation, renovation, etc. of existing projects, but when it comes to construction of another major project, i'm not sure if that's in a week by week rate. hehe

grand cenia is on display at SM. they have their scale model there also. just like in the floor plan, it's an L-shaped type of building. nice!

I agree...i started out in real estate (as a sideline biz) last October of 2006. It's been almost a year now or 48 weeks. If it's week by week then probably by now, we should expect atleast 30 condominiums and skyscrapers to be built in our city.

Anyway, Robinsons Land published just today its plan to build/open up an office here in Cebu. They are currently looking for brokers and realtors to market their upcoming "condo" project in Cebu. But they havent specified what project it is yet. Maybe soon.

That im not sure of...anyway, can u still remember the rendering of that upcoming Robinsons Mall. yung mall na may two towers....whoa..i wonder if this would be their upcoming project which they'll market.
