they have their scale model displayed at SM last week. i don't know if it's still on display today.

...the last time i seen the site, it's already cleared from any structures, perhaps, they're doing the excavation work now... though, no news about groundbreaking... has there?

i think @diehard means a billboard of grand cenia put up in pusok in lapulapu. i've seen it too. it's standing near the petron station facing the bridge.
