I'm not so sure about that...

this is a very long needed bridge, because it's part of the north bypass of szeged, which should have been built on half profile at least 2 decades ago...

but imo it has an unnecesarily long main span...
a more simpler girder bridge (like on M3 at polgár) would have been enough...


in the countryside we need no spectacular bridges, we need simple and cheap bridges.

spectacularity can be an option only in case of town bridges...

I have heard it too, but they say that this way of building these kind of bridges was only used in Japan so far, but I do not know anything about it...

thats coming on nicely. I think the M3/M31/Gödöllő junction will be really cool, i'd love to see a detailed plan for that, couldn't find anything apart from one on roads.extra.hu
