A Romanian website suggested that the opening of the remaining stretch of M43 Makó-RO border has been postponed for 2014. Is it true or it is just a stupid article?

The price is in HUF (HUF/€ -300/1)
Tickets with 4 days are history now. You have to buy a 10 days ticket at least.

It's wrong to blame us for the fog lights.we learned it from the romanian police.btw if I were a policeman here in romania....only from fog lights tickets I would do my share of work.

I don't understand this fog light problem. How could somebody even think about turning them on while there's no fog or heavy rain/snowing?

Rear fog lights are highly annoying when the fog or snow or spray is not dense. The main problem is that most people forget to turn them off.

Some drivers think it looks "cool" to have the front fog lights on at all times. I think it's an efficient way to spot idiots one mile away.

I think this is not the case when the drivers simply forget to turn them off. scoryllo is probably right:

I drove through this road last summer from Miskolc to the SK border (next to PL). Very nice road, with speed limits up to 110km/h on single carriageways with almost no junctions. When you enter SK afterwards, you feel like going VEEERY slow. & the polície is waiting for you So it is, as a matter of fact, a highway to hell !

Don't worry, guys ! We have the same problem in France with Belgian drivers who put on their rear fog lights on when it's raining a lot. I saw that pretty much there. I think it's a matter of law differences between the countries.
In France, it's not allowed to turn you rear fog light during heavy rain (but you may turn on your front fog light). Seems like in Belgium it is allowed... So maybe you've got the same problem between H & RO ...

I saw this kind of behavior in Ukraine ! & during the summer !

Yes, the main problem is that people think it looks cool, when they drive like this:

Rear fog lights are an other case. Usually less experienced drivers forget to switch them off after the fog is gone. Many of these are older Suzuki Swift cars, which have TWO 21W rear fog lights

What you're showing here looks like day running lights & not fog lights !

What I saw massively in Ukraine was xenon H.I.D. kits on headlights & front fog lights ! That's really a pain-in-the-eye !

What are the plans for 2012? Which motorways will go under construction, and which ones will be finished? As far as I know Hungarian motorway construction pace is currently one of the slowest in eastern EU.

First of all, nothing is sure nowadays. What is announced today, might not be valid any more tomorrow.

What is U/C now:

- M0 new track between main road 51 and M5, might be ready in 2012

- M0 widening between M1 and main road 51, M7-M6 section might be ready in 2012

- M3 between Nyíregyháza and Őr (main road 49), might be ready in 2012

- M85 Enese bypass, will be ready in 2012

In the case of M86 Vát-Szombathely and M9 between main roads 51 and 54, the construction is suspended because the cotractor went bankrupt, new contractor will be chosen.

What will start in 2012:

- M43 between Makó and the border with Romania

- extending M2 to 2x2 between Dunakeszi and Vác

- maybe M3 between Őr and Vásárosnamény

- maybe M85 between Enese and Csorna

Yep, and railway recontructions have higher priorities now. Next year 197 km will be u/c.
