I'd never call it "Révkomárom", but "Komárom" or "North Komárom".

Rév Komárom? I have not hear such... What does it mean? I've thought Komárom means Komárno in Hungarian language

rév ~ ferry port

In this case it is used to differentiate the northern town from the southern one (note that the two towns were one in the past). Some people also call it Öregkomárom (Old Komárom) or Észak-Komárom (North Komárom).

Thank you for the explanation. I've thought that since Hungary and Slovakia joined EU, the city is perceived by inhabitants as single town again.

When I visited Komárno in July 2012 it was Saturday and most shops in Komárno (SK) were closed, so people crossed the Danube to Komárom (H) to buy what they want (mostly at Tesco, including me, where I had lunch).
Note that Hungarians are majority in Komárno, so there's no language barrier.

I like this video:

I lived in Komarno/Revkomarom and everybody called it Komarom (except from Hungary)

It is funny to see trucks on the Erzsebet bridge. I though it is forbidden.

There is no barrier at all. There is no reason to call it differently

Last meters of M3 probably for a couple of decades.
