b) M5 and M7 because of traffic Romania --> Slovenia/Croatia

If b), M8 and M9 both would be "urgent".......

Well, I guess it's a mix but how much traffic is caused by b)?

The orange range is hugh (8,000-20,000 vehicles/day). I think 15,000-20,000 would justify a high priority for a motorway, 8,000-12,000 not.
M5 has a lot of transit .There are turkish and romanian trucks and a lot of Turks in summer use that road too.

Caught this on M1, alerting motorists of a previously toll-free section becoming tolled as of Jan 1st, 2015.
Saw more of these, all in Hungarian. It would be an idea to post in in German or English as well ...

I think you haven't understood my post. The maps indicate the same but where do they drive, to M1 (Austria/Slovakia) or M7 (Slovenia/Croatia)?

By introducing toll at M5 section Roszke border crossing-Szeged nyugat Serbian people who used to go to Szeged to shopping now have to use road number 5. Am I right?

Mostly in the direction of Austria (to there and Germany or other western countries)

Most likely, yes.

I'm surprised by the hugh truck traffic on M15-M86/M8 Slovakia-Slovenia(-Austria). Wow!

Toll for trucks was very low in Hungary before 2013 so a significant share of international transport choose the Hungarian route instead of the heavily tolled Austrian one.
Since 2014 Hungary has had e-toll for trucks which multiplied the toll for transit.

Ok. Anyway, I drove there last October. There were almost no trucks on the road from Szentgotthard to Körmend. But there were really a lot of trucks on M86 b/n Körmend and M76 junction south of Körmend (I drove on M76).

An interesting question - I think Rajka is another example (like Roszke) where the first sales point for vignettes that accepts credit cards is well after the border. Will they really enforce the toll on passenger cars before the first petrol station?

Some shots from M1/M7 common section after leaving Budapest till the exit to Budaörs commercial center.
December 2014.

1.

2.

3.

4.

5. Budaörs exit

6. On the "business loop"

7. Proceeding toward Auchan supermarket (which is also dubbed "Tesco with bird" in Hungary, as many don't know how to pronounce Auchan correctly).

You can buy the vignette on-line.

Most Romanians do - though not all of them.

But the real deal are the Turkish and the Serbs.

It used to be so but then the crisis came and many Romanians must have moved a little bit to North.

I need some info about the M3 motorway:
Is it going to reach the Ukrainian border someday?

No, I turned around. In 1998 I went from Budapest back to Ljubljana via Lenti (there was no roundabout yet and there was a sign for Murska Subota ).
