What color will the pylon be painted? The concrete looks so crude.

Hopefully white... The Buda(western) side of the bridge is already being painted to that color as we speak...

Great motorways, but why the speed limit for trucks is 80 km/h not 90 km/h?

Wow, it looks almost the same as the Southern bridge that is under construction in Riga, Latvia.

I dont know, but that's actually supposed to be for anything above 3,5t...

EDIT:Yes,the bridge is similar...the one on the Tisza will be about 800m long, with about 130m over the river, while your's is about 500m long over the river itself(if I'm correct),so even the pylons will be about the same high...

This shot was taken today, on the newly opened section of M7. (To Verso, because she likes to see things like this)

Great! There's not much left to finish up to the Croatian/Slovenian border.

Yes, you are right. I do not get it either. Maybe Rédics is more familiar to many people. Mind you, this is past the point where it is reasonable to switch to 75. Btw I took the tour to Lendva on M70. Took some shots, too. Then I took this new, completed section from Lendva to Dolga Vas (Hosszúfalu)-Rédics. I got a little confused there as to how the overall layout will be. But the area looks promising.

Wow, M70! I don't get it with these half/full profiles. M70 is full-profile only at the beginning and at the end, right? Oh, and we've already noticed about electricity in the local Slovenian thread. Btw, the Lendava/Lendva bypass will be A5 motorway with hard shoulders, whereas Lend(a)va-Rédics will be a 4-lane expressway.

No, there is a "full" profile segment about halfway, too. Also I have noticed, that where it is "full" there are hard shoulders (stoppage lanes), where it is "half" there are only soft shoulders with an occasional stop pocket every once in a while.
This is what I do not get. So from Lend(a)va there will be 2 "express ways"? Do you have a map somewhere?
Yeah, electricity? Does anyone know what this is? Because on the Hun side it looks like a large capacity power line and it just stops at the border...

M70 is full profile at intersections (the begining, the end and in the middle at Muraszemenye), and half profile between them. The expressway to Rédics sounds interesting...

BTW running a candle shop in Slovenia must be a great business

That's strange. I've already seen it on maps, but I thought it was b/c of the entrance and exit lanes (not that it's a good enough reason). Maybe it's so you can overtake someone slower (sth like the Moscow - Saint Petersburg road, where you can overtake every now and then, so there are three lanes all the time).

Yes, they both (A5 and the expressway) are gonna follow the current bypass, they are just twinning it. The A5 follows the western part of the bypass, the expressway to Rédics follows its northern part. They are both supposed to be completed this year.

Yeah, we even veil the sun for the business to prosper.
