The south side of Cotai is golf course, where the land has been bought over by Harrah's just a few days ago. However, Harrah's does not have gambling license in Macau, so no casino project has been announced yet.

Harrah may team up with Melco PBL to build casinos in Macau

Arch of Triumph is a Ho family project with New World Development of HK (I think). I'm sure the casino will be part of STDM. The Ho family owner is one of the sisters I believe, not Stanley Ho.
Hence, Wynns boast that Wynn Diamond will be right in the face of the competitors (Ho, Galaxy Starworld, MGM).

Following I think is the most detailed map I've seen of new developments, tho I think it's not to scale...

http://www.macautripping.com/tripping/post.php?p=179

It also list likely locations of Hello Kitty land, Megabox, Shun Tak etc...

To get some idea of size, I did a a quick internet search about site sizes...
nb not fully researched

Venetian Cotai: 80 hectares (half of Las Vegas strip)
Harrah: 71 hectares (currently golf course, and much of it may stay golf course ?)
Galaxy: 44 hectates (phase I)
Macau Studio City: 32.3 hectares
Wynn: 22 hectares
City of Dreams: 11 hectares

Others:
STDM, MGM
Anyway, each site is massive by itself, and at the end of the day, what matters is how much sf and what you build on it. But for comparison, Wynn Macau is 6.5 hectares.

Separately, Macau govt announced it has applied to Beijing to reclaim land area of 5sq.km (500 hectares) in FIVE separate projects. Unusually, Macau needs Beijing's approval for reclamation work, and it was rumoured that Beijing has delayed this process due to dissatisfaction with the SAR's govt (esp over the Ao Man corruption case).
Some reclamation areas I know of are north of Taipa, and East of Macau Peninsula (next to MGM and Macau Tower). I think these areas will include proposal (much delayed) for the Macau-Taipa tunnel, the first in Macau. I think these are shade grey in above map.
Macau now is 28.6sq.km, and only 11.6sq.km in 1912. Neighbouring Guangdong province has applied to reclaim 146sq.km (wonder if any for Zhuhai esp next to Cotai ??)
