Looks decent, fairly textural. Do we know if it's still going to be office space, or will it be residential, hotel, mixed, etc.?

Inno, you've really got to modernize your idea of what a modern city should look like. Yes, Busan's skyline looks better, but from up close and in person--on the scale most people will view it--Seoul is a much nicer city. Better street-level architecture, proportionally fewer wide streets and highway overpasses, much more blended approach to traffic, better high-rise (if not yet skyscraper and supertall) architecture.

Busan is nice, yes, but Seoul is much, much nicer. Until Busan starts paying attention to quality of life and non-motorized transportation friendliness, Seoul will easily win the contest of which city is more "futuristic" and luxurious.

This guy confused city planning with city itself

There are new renders on the company's website. Apparently the project will now be named "Centum The Gate Dongwon"

I'll take Seoul traffic over Busan traffic any time of the day. Busan's traffic and road systems are some of the worst in Korea not to mention the typical hot-headed Gyeongsangdo province attitudes.
