^ In Busan's current state it probably does, but in the future Busan's skyline will be completely different with or without the MTWBC.

This is an AMAZING design! This is truly innovative and inspiring. The building captures the imagination. I will watch for this architect firm in the future.

What a wonderful tower, you will have there; I hope they start to build it soon, because it looks great.

Sorry, I think it looks too much like a cactus. Is the American architect based in Arizona?

Very interesting, beautiful and challenging design !!!

I think it´s possible to build because there is an uninterrumptable straight line in the entire height of the building where a central core fits perfectly. The rest of that weird but nice shape causes some optical illusion..........

I hope this gets built. There's always a lot of hoopla coming out of Korea, but nothing ever gets off the drawing board.

Another fantastic "never built" for Korea. They are champions in that category.

I hope they get one of these supertalls going for once -- this one would be nice.

I'm sorry guys but I don't see anything so special with this tower. It's definitely not the kind of building I like to see.

How bout: Tower from Incheon to ionosphere! APPROVED!

Come on. These big proposals are really starting to make South Korea a bit of a laughing stock. It's all big nada unless something starts being built on the Busan Lotte site, and soon.
