Okay looking. I would have prefered occupancy closer to the top. Still not bad. Looks a bit out of place.

Real problem here?

Another Korean proposal. You all know where this will end up.

Right.
With a name like that, it's even less likely that it'll become a reality.

If you see anything "Made in Korea", 80% of chances are that it has been shipped out from the Busan Port.

Busan (or Pusan) is Korea's second biggest city and the transportation hub with 80% of Korean exports being shipped out from the city's port. Also it houses World's second biggest ship-building yard.

I love it. I would really like to be involved with bringing a remarkable design like this to Sydney one day.

This tower is absolutely beautiful! Love the crystaline form... wow. If it does get built it'll probably be my favourite skyscraper!

Outstanding. What a nice design, Busan is very lucky. Just wait until they start making towers twice this size....

All we need is time, cities/countries will start trying to break the record over and over until we have towers in the 3000's...

The design could come flatly from a future painting.

I am so glad that this one is coming along. It was first announced some time last year from what I recall. However, several of you make good points when you say South Korea is renowned for announcing supertalls that never come to fruition.
