Wonderful, I'm touring Germany again visiting all my family. Hopefully I can make a little reschedule after Koln-Berlin

The facade reflections work just perfectly! At first I was afraid, that it would never even come close to the renders. But now...call me impressed!

Nothing else like it in the world

And to my surprise, the cladding is indeed just like in the beautiful renderings we saw.

Fantastic photos again. Hamburg will have a wonderfull new landmark building. And yes, the cladding turned out quite nice. Was a bit sceptical in when they installed the first elements. But now it looks good.

...therefore, they have no more beef regarding the financing of this project?!

well, I think even if it would cost a few more millions, this would get build as it is just a master piece!

IMO there is no such thing as transparent glass, at least when you're looking in from the outside. Without any glazing the glass would have just appeared dull and dark.

yeah, i know, i know...
but i said much more transparent, not entirely, maybe those spots, dunno.
and the glazing isn t exactly necessary for not becoming dull and dark, there are those kind of more matte glasses also. this way maybe it wouldn t appeared that blue, reflecting the sky.
i m saying it cause i m thinking of those renders and it apeared whiter and smoother and i thought it won t be a problem for doing it in reality like in the renders.

Oh, give me a break. Of course the glazing appears lighter in the renderings then the pics. They're reflecting the clouds in the sky. Duh! Did you notice that the renderings are of a lighter color semi-cloudy sky and the pics are of a deep blue cloudless sky? Why not wait until we see pics on a semi-cloudy day or try using your imagination.

If you feel the need to be an annoying complainer, at least have a solid basis for your whining.

The facade will look white and grey enough in winter. Its not like Hamburg is known for its eternal blue skies and sunshine. This isn't California or Miami.
