ATLANTA | The Atlantic | 550ft | 46 fl | U/C

Not sure if you guys have heard about this building under cunstruction in Midtown Atlanta's Atlantic Station community. Its gonna be a very wide tower, and with a decent height of 600-650ft.

Feel free to post photos here

550 is good height....sometimes its not about the height but the density...kinda like Vancouver....however judging from the pics it looks like this building is far from ist downtown location....what part of da ATL is this?

550' indeed sounds right, depending on the crown. Tampa's TWELVE, developed by Novare as well, is 47 stories (versus The Atlantic's 46) and tops out at 562'... In Novare fashion, the designs are very similar...

Knowing Novare, both towers will be nice additions and completed promptly.

Yeah, one thing I can say about Novare is that his towers are always buit at a speedy rate.

Central Station may have up to 5 skyscrapers if this tower is added.

It's nice to see some construction updates from US cities other than NY, Chicago and LA!
Atlanta has a lot going on right now, so it is nice to see new highrise updates!
