All these renders are good and the only thing that bothers me is whether there will be enough power supply for all these residentials since the power crisis is more and more nowadays. Hope there will be no darkouts oftenly.

Rest of Maharashtra will just have to have more power cuts for the blue-eyed-mumbaites to splurge in these fancy towers. Oh well... C'est La Vie...

About this development, Mumbai should be able to afford a 120-story tower. Either that or it should stay at 72 floors and we get a different proposal for a tower that rises at the former height. Just one question: why should Mumbai and Hyderabad get supertalls built? Delhi, Bangalore, and Kolkata should get 1000+-footers also.

I have a query and hoping it is not off-topic.

From looking at this and other Mumbai threads, looks like most towers up to 40 stories in Mumbai are built in the old RCC fashion. Were there taller structures built there with RCC construction as well?

At a certain height (above 50 stories) it seems to me they'd transition into the Steel-beam structures...
