sahana (a local bhai) owns the plot next to the old passport office, right next to the crompton greaves towers. used to be slums, most of them have been demolished

No clue. After looking at the direction of Beaumonde towers, I thought it was Lower Parel but then there are a couple of things wrong with the background image. The Crompton and Greaves building (encircled in red on the left) and the Beaumonde towers are actually located right next to each other as shown on GE. Also, Worli's TV tower (encircled in blue) is actually located infront and not behind the Beaumonde towers.

Edit: BB is the plot marked in purple the location of the tower?

thats the location of sahana's plot in worli that i know of. its 99% on that plot, but i am not sure if they have more plots

OK, I give up, I checked out both the Studio UA architects and the Sahana Builders website. Nice datamining IU, where the hell did you find the project? Be sure to post a link in the architects/builders linklist thread!

yeah the bg seems to be kinda useless. even if that was the location, the sizes of the 2 buildings don't seem to be right when put in perspective

BB was right about the location of the tower.

Sahana Builders' website, has this about it:

The area marked in orange is the location of the tower while the area marked in peach is where their slum-rehab project will come up.
