Thats for sure but i dont think there the same project because one is at Andheri West and the other at Oshiwara, one has three towers and the other has four and the one at Andheri West has forty floors while the one at Oshiwara has 44 floors.

So much high end accom being built.Where are all these rich folk moving from ?
And does there old accom then enter the rental market or do they sell ?
Or is it a question of the indian family unit getting smaller?
Or is it just speculators?
