Canadian74, Wow.. My mistake. What does that change anyway? It would have been better if you actually read my original post, instead of forcing me to correct you, nicely.

This project went from being spectacular to average. Quite frankly, I don't buy into his elevator excuse.

The spire is 25 metres? Well, it will look better having the shorter 257.9 metres Trump with a 25 metre spire (281.9 metre total) considering that there's a 275 metre tower on one side, and a 298 metre tower on the other. Having 3 almost identically tall buildings would have looked less interesting than the height variation that this will provide.

that diagram is in need of an update.. 1 Bloor's roof height is the same as Scotia Plaza plus crown(20-30m) will make it around 295-305m total) The design has also changed- in favor of a boxier shape.

The spire looks like it has a lot of height, i wonder what height the roof would be at, and where on the building the roof is. It looks like the spire base had windows now

Here we go not the best but it's alright. The crown in the render looks like it had a lot of height so this is just assuming it's 30 meters

I'm not sure what it is but I'm just not quite feeling this Trump project like the others. Maybe i'll change my mind when some more renders come out or after its built...
