PEG's brigantine water mod is the most realistic, but it makes the water darker. (As most do, since real-life water isn't that bright blue color maxis made)

Where can I get the different highway juctions/interchanges from? I can't see them on Simtropolis unless they're part of that big main mod.

That is exactly where you get them. (If you're talking about the Network Addon Mod [NAM], that is)

Hi guys, i am having a problem with the lights in my city, the buildings that I,m downloading in the internet doesn't have any lights,do you guys know any program that i can download in the internet to sove this problem?

Do you mean the lights aren't showing up in game?

If so go to: http://simcity.ea.com/coolstuff/bat/index.php , log in, and download the sim city 4 update that appears (only when logged in) on the LHS of the page.

Also if you are using fightthepower cheat build a coal power plant and that can fix the problem!
