TAMPA | Venu | 600ft | 50 fl | App
VENU
Video Proposal ![]() www.venutampa.com
As soon as information comes in, it'll be posted here as well as in the Tampa forum. Expect lots of updates -we're excited about this one. A sales gallery has opened and advertising has begun. The unit cost is a bit high, but the project is quite attractive so it's difficult to see how the community will react sales wise. Last edited by Maxim98; April 17th, 2007 at 03:06 AM. |

Yup, same tower.
The video link I posted is really quite fantastic, too. I ought to grab a few shots from it. |

Good news for Tampa, this city really needs such towers to improve the skyline

Maxim98 -
Where did you get the 550' figure ? In the video it looks considerably taller than that. |

Really good video. Great for Tampa. Nice design too. Tampa is having a bit of a boom lately.

Anyway, it has to be close to 600', since it seems significantly taller than Bank of America. |

Trump Tower Tampa would still probably be taller at about 181m. Bank of America is 176m, and you can see in the video that Venu is slightly taller than it. It's a tough call. Both proposals should still trump anything existing.

What is that building to the left of it in the first rendering in the thread? The round one... anyone know the name of it?

I've just watched the video and yes,the video is fantastic, but I still don't like the building. That modernist facade you see in the first rendering ruins the entire building. It seems like they have made a new building next to an old one.
