As much as I hate window-wall and mullions, for a mid-market condo this would have been a great project if they used a darker shade of blue spandrel. At least they attempted to do something different with the blue chocolate chips.

I like the spandrel coloured they used although I can't say I'm a fan of the amount of spandrel used. The setback from 5 units to 4 per floor isn't as bad as the rendering but still doesn't appeal to me. They should be shot carving up the limestone tiles for those ridiculous glass triangles .

I'm on the fence with Blu. Next to Uptown it's a masterpiece but all in all it's very ordinaire given its high-profile and pricey location. Nice midtown skyline emerging in urbandreamer's pic, soon to be bookended by Four Seasons and U.

The guys on site say they are in storage and are going up as early as next week.
