It is way too early to judge, especially with the Uptown. We have to wait and see how the finishes and detailing are handled.

i'm trying to bite my tongue regarding those 'questionable glass hole things'.
i'll just say they look 'interesting' at this stage. i'm hoping they're more than just the 'designer' pressing the 'fancy button' one time too many. like when watching a movie; a seemingly trivial momentary focus on that captious 'glass of grape juice on the kitchen counter'(???) actually comes into play and fits in, critically, importantly, toward the end. -the deeper meaning renews your faith in the writing/directing.

When I first saw them I thought 'Wow, that's interesting' but now when you see them up all the ways up to the 6th storey... i don't know... They might have been interesting if they were lit up and only on the 1st floor. Anyways we'll see.
The one thing I notice is that the bad craftsmanship on the filleting (think Autocad) of the edges. They should have used an angle grinder to smooth those edge instead of a hammer drill like I think they used. Would have looked more like authentic slash marks where it exposed the Crystal Blu behind like I think they were trying to achieve. |

They will be lit up. I think it adds a unique dynamic to the tower, it's much better than standard precast anyway isn't it?

Great picture, Blu is going to be and appear really thin, it still has 16 floors to go plus mech.

The finishes on Crystal Blu's podium are unique and really animate what would otherwise be a boring strip. I really like Uptown in the renderings but I'm still antsy about the finishings.
Awesome updates guys! |

Blu is to be 34 storeys and only 8 are up, so I think there are actually about 26 floors to go. Uptown is going up much, much faster......
