I'm gonna post a series of Seoul pics .. scrapped from web.
especially good quality pics rather than bad ones..
and not order, just random.

Seoul's old downtown panoramas

You can see Yoido island across the Han river. (gold building is 63 KLI Building)

So under height restriction, there isn't any highrise.
Deoksu palace is one of the causes of height restriction.
