yes yes we all love it..but there still reamins a question...!! are they gonna put the plants too ..?? or they will forget about that small.... detail...or the company who will rent might just decide that it doesn't need them...!!!..so the tower will lose the green specification from it's [email protected][email protected]

Very nice end they will start begin this year and completion is expected around 2010

Photovoltaic cells will produce energy for the tower. There will also be rainwater recovery, natural ventilation, microclimate regulation, double walls, wide terraces. All this gives a 70% reduction in environmental pollution compared to a traditional building of the same volume.

Agreed.. btw the helipad might be a pure speculation which is likely to fall in the final version since a residential tower has no real need of such structure.
