Olaya Center

This is another GOSI project. It will be built on the strip between Olaya and King Fahd roads. It consists of two 36 and 36 floors towers. The location is on the intersection of Olaya road and Tahliya St. The total build up area will be 129,200 sq m and it will cost SR 1 billion.

I counted the 36F X 3.70 mtr =133.2mtr its the same high of al anude tower right?

I plotted the location according to the directions. I think that they'll demolish the current buildings on the same location.

Perfect Location!!!!

I always wanted that ugly building to get torn down. I mean, Centira and the surounding buildings look soo nice, and then the existing building on that plot just looks terrible!

You know, I could be wrong. According to the directions, the location is on the intersection of Olaya and Tahliya but I think they meant 'near' the intersection. I'm not sure if they would demolish the ugly existing building, but they would build it on the lot north of it.

Good news, demolition has started on the old buildings in the plot. Seems project is moving ahead.
