Are these the blocks near to the gaaay area? Not that I'd know of course cos I've only been round that area once for my own personal enjoyments - taking photos. ![]() Well, much as I hate to see any tower block demolished, I'm all for improving central Birmingham. So I won't kick up too much of a fuss.

These are the ones around the Old Mathew Bolton site aint they?
I think a couple of them are near, but not that near thinking about it, to the Monaco House area where Tesco's is going, I think. I dunno to be honest. That's Tesco, not Asda, Look I just shop in these places, I don't read the name on the door!

I was talking to some motor trade people last night.
Apparently, Stratstone Aston Martin & Stratstone Jaguar (Monaco House) have 6 months left on their lease. But have yet to find a suitable site to re house the dealers. Seems likely that, as Jaguar & Aston are now split, these dealers will also split. I was told that they do want to stay in the city centre, and that the intention for both dealers is for them to be "Impressive" as the cars are made locally. Bristol St. Ford also in Monaco House are also looking for a new site. Again, likely to be somewhere in the city centre.

.. it just makes either our city centre look so tindy, or shows wat impact the proposed towers are gonna have, though would have helped to have had towers which are already approved on... though, do we think its funny that the rishardson tower isnt there after miller (there arch enemy) is present at MIPIM?
