Did anyone receive the RERA approved payment schedule from them? If yes can you please share it with us!!

They have some site equipment stored on site, but I worry the usual trick these days to to finish pilling then cannot get the performance related bond to start construction.

It says multiplex, but I reakon so China State Construction or similar.

P.S I wouldn't be suprised if this isn't re-designed to a square box.

Something tricky here , probably they need to do something because of the payment plan?

Just have a look the Binary , ON HOLD for ages and the contractor left the site , The Pad also ON HOLD , nothing happening there so maybe from those projects they got enough money?

Anyway, I know the Nasa Multiplex, they will leave the site very fast without payments..

Its a big shame this is on hold, but not unexpected. Its one of the few really striking towers in BB so was looking forward to this one going up sooner rather than later. I wish Omniyat built this one instead of Bayswater first.

This one is definitely going ahead very soon, Omniyat is finalizing the appointment of the consultant right now. Multiplex will be the contractor.
The info is coming from reliable source.

Hey guys,

Hold on.... Construction will begion soon by Feb/Mar 2010. nothing to worry. Multiplex is not leaving the site. Some delays because of RERA payment plans and appointment of contractors,etc... will give update soon
