That's because the concrete will hit that high. Watch and wait.

we could do with a new thread just summerise and sum up where the build is at. With over 100 pages there is an awful lot of information in this thread that people may never find.
However i dont know now a what point a new thread will and should be opened. Maybe Jasonhouse could clarify this for us.

summerise and sum up where the building is at yourself. Then post it, copy the link, and them put it in your signature where everybody can find it at any time they want it. If people ar doing it for height guessing, then why not do it for what you want as well?

Or better yet, put the status of the tower in your signature like coth has been doing for Federation Tower since the beginning. I am very surprised that nobody is doing it for this iconic tower yet.

It's not yet time for a new thread. Post the summarization info here. I'll put it in the first post of the thread. And then you can put a link to it in your signature.

Are construction crews working 24/7?

I'd be thinking that most of the real construction work would be taking place at night, with daytime highs approaching 50C.

graham- ive scaled the spire diagrams a few times now and i get approx 1.8m-2m diametre. it wont be any larger.

@ Culwalla,
here is how i figured it out........
Using the diagram from the big PPS files ( shown below )......

This shows the distance from tier 26 to tier 27 as 9.6m.
I measured this distance as 51 image pixels.
Math ( 51/9.6 ) says the image has 5.3125 pixels per meter (ppm).
The pinacle has 16 pixels wide.
So 16p/5.3125ppm = 3.01m

The pinnacle in that very nice recent render was waaay too thin.
I think that was deliberate to hide the real potential height.

How did you get 1.8m to 2m.
You may be right but just wondering.
