No doigs will be allowed in the building, except maybe the residential part. Has to be mentioned also that dogs are not viewed positively in this part of the World.

Agreed. Dogs are great. And also impure.

So, what are the safety precautions on the Burj? I imagine they must be on harnesses a lot of the time? And what else?
