Mh... now as i watch this render i wonder why alot of skyscrapers have different cladding on the mechanical floors




Also on the World Trade Center you could see the different cladding. I ask myself: why???

I think it would look much better if the look was the same then on the other floors.
So does that have a reason??? Anybody knows?

Becouse the Mechanical floors needs opening for air circulation, so basically most of the time it is some kind of net or horizontal fins, but designed in a way (and colour) to look as similar to the glass as possible.

I was wondering, is there some kind of pendul on the BurjDB?
Like many other scrapers have, high up to balance it´s movement in strong wind?
