that last pic is actually i have seen with people working on the building. (offcourse i havent seen every pics posted here).

Before that it kinda appeared the building is growing by itself .

yeh them floor plates look totally weird dont they there like all jagged + they dont even look worth building,there prob just gonna big enough for the bosses office or something or observation platform or something

thats what happened with the normal floors, not with this floors
I'm also thinking of an observation platform or something. great update btw

it puts the dutch pride the "maastoren" to shame... it looks awesome... but what if there is a fire on the 80th floor?? can they use helicopters to rescue people that are above the 80th floor... does anyone know how the safety plan is worked out for this building???

Thanks for the pics AltinD! Crystal clear and razor sharp as they could be Nice job... Workers look like ants on that giant core, and btw, I counted 126 floors

see also the bit that says "new wing tips" on the below bit...


You can see how wide that core is in those photos - unless the workers are Oompa Loompas!
But may I say good god - where those 4 workers are looks really precarious!
scaffolding balanced 430m above ground!!! Can't Emaar build them a protective cage like for the other climbing formwork?
Did you folks also note the head sticking out on the right hand side.
