Get a life. Everyone can understand what he's saying. Perhaps you haven't travelled enough to realise that the majority of people on Earth don't speak English.

I'm sure Vanhenrik's English is much better than your grasp of any foreign language. Take you're prejudice elsewhere...this a world forum.

The English displayed in your own past is far from correct. You've used "your" when you should have used "you're", you haven't capitalised the word "English" and you've capitalised the word "understand" for no reason in the middle of a sentence. Further to this, you've placed a comma in between two phrases that should be two separate sentences.

Perhaps you should learn to speak one language before you criticise someone else's good efforts at speaking a second language. Last time I checked, this was a construction forum, not a place for providing critiques of people's language skills.

While I agree that vanhenrik's English doesn't bother me that much, I have to say that there's a major difference between confusing than/then or your/you're and completely misspelling words. I think he's writing them phonetically. There's nothing wrong with asking him to try and pick up a few things while he's here. I can understand that some people are bothered by reading his misspelled words like "hawe" over and over again. He reads other people's posts, he should have noticed by now how to spell the most basic things correctly. And since you apparently think it's fine to point out that nobody's perfect (as in naming some of Chris's past spelling mistakes), I think we're allowed to do the same to someone who raised the bar when it comes to writing English phonetically.

They needed 6 days to complete one floor. They must be pouring the concrete twice for one floor. Is 4 meters too high to pour it in one go? Nevertheless, still good progress, specially on cladding

66 elevators and escalators – including 20 Gen2™ flat-belt machine-roomless elevators at a cost of US $36 million. Otis will supply and install 58 elevators and eight escalators, featuring Otis’ unique coated-steel, flat-belt technology, and two double-deck units, which will service Burj’s observation deck. The double-deck elevators, capable of accommodating 23 persons on each deck, will have the world’s highest rise and longest travel distance, and be among the world’s fastest at 10 meters per second (more than 20 mph).
